Farm Boys Manly

Farm Boys is the world’s only hardcore surf and gardening show.

Earth wizards Heath Joske and Addy Jones set about building a garden paradise in the dry Australian bush from some old junk, a handful of seeds and a lot of hard work. Throughout the six-part series they catch up with a network of surfing friends who’ve all made a life out of growing their own food, in their own backyards, in their own way.

Join us and enjoy a selection of episodes from the series alongside special guests, Grow it Local's Paul West and Patagonia Ambassador Heath Joske. Paul and Heath will also be holding a 'Grow it Local' session and Q&A, where you can channel your inspiration and have your gardening questions answered.

Director: Harry Triglone

Heath Joske

A few years back, Heath Joske and his young family moved down to the Great Australian Bight, buying an old farm just behind the beach. Despite the poor soil and harsh climate, he’s created a working garden to feed his family and local friends. A former professional surfer, he’s created an ideal lifestyle where he surfs when there are waves, and he gardens when there isn’t.
